Obama Trashes Habeas corpus in America

Obama just keeps on trashing the American constitution (something that Bush started) and the Bill of Rights. Ever heard of “Prolonged detention?” This is a total trashing of the foundation of Habeas corpus, a concept that is part and parcel of civilized law in every enlightened country in the world. We might as well be controlled by Nazi’s or Communists.
Is there anything we can do to stop this government from constantly encroaching on our human rights? Do we even care anymore?

It appears to me that President Obama as with the UK Courts and the EU are using the same law as was brought into being by Hitlers Nazi’z regime after “Reichstag Fire” (of 1933,[Google it and see,) which was called “The Enabling Act”, also utilizing the Law on “Legal Advice” brought into being by the same Nazi Mob in 1935 (that should have been done away with in 1945,but wasn’t because it allegedly proved too beneficial for Jews Leader and UN; so they carried on using it’s fruits as and when needed to impose restrictions on their unwary Citizens;) which remains compatible to this day with ALL EU laws in Treaties (on Human Rights and Freedoms,) to the present Lisbon Treaty…and The Get out Clauses in those Treaties being the wording “Subsidiarity”, it’s in Article 51 followed by supporting get outs For the various “Establishments” in Articles 52 to Articles 54 of the Lisbon Treaty….Google them and see, Whilst doing also Google The secret CIA “Red House Report” of 1944 also the details as Given by The Ex KGB Spy Yuri Besmenov who defected to America
