Untold Stories of the TSA Abuses of Power

In March of this year a developmentally delayed 4 year old boy who had to wear leg braces because his ankles were malformed and weak because of a premature birth, was on his way to Disney World for his birthday celebration.

The braces the boy has to wear are made of metal and hard plastic…of course this sets off the airport scanners in Philadelphia and the SS TSA screener said the boy had to take the braces off and he had to walk without them.

The boy’s father, Bob Thomas, a law enforcement officer with the Camden, NJ police says the family complied with the order but remained very upset and contacted Daniel Rubin, a columnist who has been reporting on mistreatment of travelers during TSA screenings

TSA spokeswoman Ann Davis told Rubin that the boy should not have been told to remove his braces.

“The boy should have been directed to a private screening area, where he could have been swabbed for traces of explosive materials,” Rubin is reporting.

How f**king stupid are these people anyway?  It seems every day or two the news is reporting a new incident where the TSA agent is apparently brain dead and unable to think on their feet…and it’s getting worse every day.

We can’t say anything to them or we’ll get arrested, and if you’re escorted away they do everything in their power to humiliate you in front of other passengers, and they’ll lie like there’s no tomorrow to save face when they are obviously in the wrong 90% of the time.

Their police powers need to be taken away from them as they are obviously not trained to handle the kind of power they have.  Video and audio files of each encounter need to be made as this will be a vital deterrent to the abuse the SS screeners would mete out to their victims. And they Really need to have more customer relations training.

Best thing to do though is not fly for awhile. Put off that trip to see relatives, or not take an Island vacation for a year or so and boycott all flights except those absolutely necessary…see what happens…I’ll bet TSA under pressure from the airlines will straighten up their act.

Government is the real problem …they set up these crappy agencies and give them powers that they should never have.  They beat you over the head and tell you that you do as directed or we’ll sh*t all over you and yours. No sense of diplomacy at all, but what do you expect from the SS?

Muslim Cleric Calls For Beheading

Well once again the public face of Islam is showing just how modern and tolerant they are. An Australian born Muslim cleric has publicly called for the beheading of a Dutch politician who is anti-Islamic.  The politician, Geert Wilders, and his Dutch Freedom Party are currently trying to form a new minority government with Liberals and Christian Democrats.

The Netherlands’ newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’ displayed on its front page the story of Feiz Muhammad’s speech demonizing Mr. Wilders and calling for his beheading.

Feiz Muhammad has gained infamy for calling for radicalization of  Muslim children and blaming rape victims for their own attacks.  According to his website Mr. Muhammad is now based in Malaysia

Totally ignoring his own low-life Satanic views of all of humanity Mr. Muhammad called Geert Wilders “this Satan, this devil, this politician in Holland” and says that anyone who talks about Islam like Wilders does should be executed by beheading.

Apparently there is no free speech in Denmark as Mr. Wilders is on trial for hate speech and discrimination against Muslims. Mr. Wilders also made a film in 2008 accusing the Koran of inciting violence (which it does), and the film used images of terrorists mixed with quotations from the Koran.  The charges against Wilders also included an opinion piece he wrote for a Dutch newspaper where he compared Islam to fascism and the Holy Koran to Hitler’s book ‘Mein Kampf.”

Mr. Wilders has also been in the press lately for his plans to speak out against the planned “Mosque” in New York City on the anniversary of the Muslim attack against America on September 11^th of 2001 that killed 2977 human people…and 19 Muslim scum hijackers who were financed by Saudi Arabian Muslims.

From everything I have learned about this Wilders guy he is just exercising his Human right to speak his mind (and the truth by the way), but the Danish have strict hate speech/blasphemy laws.

And from what I have learned about the scumbag Feiz Muhammad he is a typical right wing Muslim religionist spouting typical Islamic crap…may he shake the hand of a left-handed skeptic.

I’m not convinced that Islam will grow up and join the Human Race anytime soon.

Just one more reason to reject religion…they’re too damn dangerous and blood-thirsty

Well it seems Freedom of Press is now officially kaput in our country. Arrest Em’ Before the Crime

A very disturbing story.  Oregon police/swat team arrests man they think would commit crimes

Several Oregon government and law enforcement agencies are patting themselves on the back for preventing a possible mass shooting incident by sending a SWAT team to arrest a recently laid-off employee of the state’s Department of Transportation. A news release from the Medford, Oregon, police department (yes, they put out a news release announcing their good work) says the man purchased three guns after his dismissal, and that former colleagues described him as “very disgruntled.” He was taken to a mental hospital for evaluation. I’m really torn about this story. On the one hand…yes the police probably did stop a very bad scenario, if the reported story is true in all the details given.

On the other hand if this pre-emptive strike stands as a legally defensible right of the police forces of our country…we are in serious trouble as a nation of free people.

Can you imagine all the bad that would come from this method of keeping the peace?  Do you think it should be allowed to stand??

The Sins of Haiti

All the crazy Christians are out in force either defending ‘God’ for letting an earthquake kill so many innocent people in Haiti or telling us that the Haitians deserved it because they aligned with Satan a few hundred years ago.

I kind of like Richard Dawkin’s explanation because of it’s short and direct observation…which just happens to be true.

I think we will find that ALL  disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcano’s, mudslides, floods, etc., etc. that humans have been subjected to in our long history here on earth are purely natural with no ‘God’ EVER having being involved.  Just like there were no witches when the Catholic church condemned and began killing them by the tens of thousands way back in the Dark Ages…there is NO ‘God’  ever involved in our natural or manmade disasters.

A Government Gone Crazy

A Canadian citizen Peter Watts who holds a doctorate in Zoology and works as a marine biologist and also writes science fiction (six published) novels, was crossing the border back into Canada after helping a friend move to the United States when he was singled out for a search and because he asked what they were doing HE was assaulted, punched in the face, pepper sprayed and thrown in jail and HE was charged with assaulting a customs officer?????

It seems at least once every week or two I hear stories like this. Innocent people are wrongfully assaulted and charged by border guards or customs officials.  They are basically acting like Nazi SS Storm Troopers…at least they don’t have the authority to kill whomever they decide to attack, although the way they use force does sometimes cause the death of innocents.

Although I do not know the man, he is a fellow writer and a human after all, and I feel terrible that he was treated that way by paranoid American officials who have obviously gone power mad and psycho.

I have personally witnessed police officers using their power in unprofessional manners and the only consequence they have faced is a slap on the hand, and the persons that suffered at the hands of this ugly use of police power were subject to humiliation and physical abuse.

It has gotten to the point here in America that the various and sundry abusive political enforcement squads have no respect for our own people or our human rights.  They indiscriminately use massive amounts of weaponry and manpower for the slightest reason, for the slightest infraction.

We as a nation are sinking deeper and deeper in to a fascist state where there is no justice for anyone who questions the powers that be, and the only thing that matters is the unquestioned power of the federal government to do what they want…no matter how wrong they are.

It’s already admitted by the feds that they have unfettered access (no search warrants needed) to ALL citizens’ communications no matter what form they take.  Anyone who speaks out against the abuses of the federal government; you know, things like asking your congressman when the various constitutional amendments are going to be honored again, or when will Habeas corpus be reinstated in our courts, or when our elected officials will quit lying to us, will be checked out by Homeland Security or the FBI or some other lettered federal agency and put on a watch list.

We are always told that the measures the government takes to control us are for our own good, and somehow many people believe this lie and sheepishly go about their business, and if they are ever confronted by authority they just put up with whatever indignities “the man” bestows on them. This keeps up long enough and these “helpful” authorities become Overlords and we are screwed…again.

Presidential Oath or Affirmation:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article 2 section 1, US constitution

“The privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall NOT be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” Section 9, paragraph 2, US constitution.

Because of the nature of the religious warfare waged against the United States by Islamic religious personnel, are we somehow in a constant state of Invasion and the government cannot reinstate Habeas corpus?

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” 4^th. Amendment – Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.

We are no longer secure in our person, papers, and effects. Government officials may at their own discretion search and seize you or your personal papers and property…no search warrant needed anymore…and you will play hell getting back any property seized.  These government officials can search anything, anything at all…with no restrictions.  They may also search your house and computer by breaking in to your property when you are not there and they can tell any neighbor who happens to see their dastardly act that they will be arrested on a felony charge if they tell you what happened while you were away.

They can retrieve your records of checked out books at the local library, the local bookstores and Amazon or Barnes and Noble, etc. online and forbid the librarian or seller from telling you. I don’t mind telling you that although I am squeaky clean as far as nefarious deeds go, I am chilled to the bone and damn mad that my countries government has and uses this power. This clandestine act is dangerously close to mind or thought control. It precisely matches cowardly acts committed by Nazi, Fascist, and Communist Secret Services forces in Europe and other far eastern parts of the world.

Parts of the 5^th, 6^th, and 8^th Amendments are in jeopardy as well.

We are seeing an Orwellian mindset in all parts of what used to be a government of the people, and I’m really scared for my family, my friends, and my country. No one seems to give a damn any more.

President Carter Rejects Baptist Church

Jimmy Carter has written an surprising article for the Guardian UK newspaper called “The words of God do not justify cruelty to women.”

In his article he lists why he is severing his 60 year relationship with the Southern Baptist Convention, which is their penchant for using the Bible as a tool of discrimination and sexism against women.

“I have been a practicing Christian all my life and a deacon and Bible teacher for many years. My faith is a source of strength and comfort to me, as religious beliefs are to hundreds of millions of people around the world.

So my decision to sever my ties with the Southern Baptist Convention, after six decades, was painful and difficult. It was, however, an unavoidable decision when the convention’s leaders, quoting a few carefully selected Bible verses and claiming that Eve was created second to Adam and was responsible for original sin, ordained that women must be “subservient” to their husbands and prohibited from serving as deacons, pastors or chaplains in the military service. This was in conflict with my belief – confirmed in the holy scriptures – that we are all equal in the eyes of God.”

He goes on to rail against the use of God and the Holy Scriptures, across many faiths, to justify abuses against women.

“The male interpretations of religious texts and the way they interact with, and reinforce, traditional practices justify some of the most pervasive, persistent, flagrant and damaging examples of human rights abuses.”

He quotes:
““There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28)”

He further explains what the straw that broke the camel’s back was:

Just think about how long and how far down the female has been held in chains for centuries.  All denominations of the Protestant faith, the Catholic faith, the Muslims and Jews, and even the Hindu’s  think of females as second class, unable to navigate the world without a male to help her. In many countries she is still property, she is sold into sexual slavery all over the world, she is raped and sexually mutilated without consequence; even in the US occasionally.  She can be killed, often without consequence, in some countries…for “family honor.”  In Saudi Arabia she is blamed and punished if she is raped or gang raped.

1 Timothy 2:11-16
“A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14And Adam was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner. But women will be saved through childbearing if they continue in faith, love and holiness with propriety.” ***

This all comes from religion…religion enables cruelty–beyond measure–to women.  It has to end sometime soon, and I applaud Jimmy Carter for taking one small step for womankind.

Anything in the bible that disparages women is put there by man.  In the above case we don’t know who, but I’ll give you odds it wasn’t God.

The End Times Are Upon Us !!

A bestselling author and founder of a New York church that ministers to teens who are hooked on drugs, David Wilkerson, is predicting a soon to happen “earth shattering calamity” centered around New York.

He writes in his blog:
“AN EARTH-SHATTERING CALAMITY IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN. IT IS GOING TO BE SO FRIGHTENING, WE ARE ALL GOING TO TREMBLE – EVEN THE GODLIEST AMONG US.”

He goes on to explain that large areas will be involved, including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut, and that large cities across America will experience riots and fires. Then he says, “There will be riots and fires in cities worldwide. There will be looting – including Times Square, New York City. What we are experiencing now is not a recession, not even a depression. We are under God’s wrath. In Psalm 11 it is written, “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?”

“God is judging the raging sins of America and the nations,” Wilkerson claims. “He is destroying the secular foundations.” Wilkerson urges people to stockpile at least a 30-day supply of food and necessities to deal with the catastrophe he foresees.

“I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off, I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.”

David Wilkerson is the founding pastor of Times Square Church in New York City, he launched a ministry to gang members and drug addicts in 1958. In 1963 Wilkerson co-authored the bestselling book “The Cross and the Switchblade” about his ministry’s first five years ministering to gang members and druggies

OK, these evangelical types have been predicting the ‘End Times’ ever since Jesus did the same thing in the New Testament. The end of days has been said to be here at least a hundred or more times that I know of. You hear stories of them (evangelicals) in Israel trying to incite war between the Jews and Muslims to bring about Armageddon. These are truly disturbed people.

I think it will be interesting to see what happens over the next year. The world situation being what it is though, I wonder what the odds would be for a large event such as Mr. Wilkerson predicts happening anyway?

The War on Terror Will be Never-ending

Alongside the willing sacrifice of privacy by a naive and lazy public, is the enforced forfeiture of civil liberties under the guise of the ‘War on Terror’. Government legislation has significantly increased surveillance, data collection, and security measures ‘for your own safety‘. And more sophisticated and intrusive methods are coming soon. England is already 90% of the way to an Orwellian society…we aren’t far behind…America is in the top 5 (or in the bottom 5 depending on your viewpoint) for the most surveillance of it’s own citizens.

We need to talk to all those computer and high technology geeks who keep inventing evil and intrusive technology to crush and take away human freedoms. Tell them to stop it. Buzz it up. Put on peer pressure. Let them know there are really evil people out there that misuse technology they invent and  that they themselves, and their children, will be negatively affected.

Americans need to get off their lazy asses and start talking to their Senators and Congressmen and let them know that we are really sick of what they are doing with our various rights. Are we going to have to fight for them again? I’m not sure that many politicians will actually try to fight the crap going on in Washington…we have to at least try. Talk to your friends and neighbors, your co-workers, your in-laws, anyone you can corner for a casual talk and plant a bug in their brain about how wrong it is.

This is something really important for all of us in this country…and the world actually.

Lies, Lies, Lies…

Once again major league baseball players (right now it’s Miguel Tejada) are paraded through Congressional committees and being charged with lying to said committees.  It seems many players in America’s pastime are now, or have been, using steroids to enhance their on-field performance.  That Congress is charging them with lying is totally specious.

Some of these players are going to spend jail time for the same thing that politicians do to the American public aaallll the time and never get charged with.  From the president on down to the lowly freshman congressman the politicians lie, lie, and lie, in a never ending stream of bull-crap and misdirection.

* We don’t torture prisoners.
* They have weapons of mass destruction.
* They are training terrorists.
* My opponent is a child predator.
* I am defending the constitution, not destroying it.
* We don’t wiretap ordinary Americans.
* I did not take bribes.
* I did not try to sell that Senate seat.
* Even though we are giving no-bid contracts to my former employer there’s nothing going on.
* Even though we deregulated the oil industry it’s not our fault that our oil buddies and former employers are enjoying record profits and gas prices are higher than they’ve ever been.
* Just because we deregulated the financial industry doesn’t mean it’s our fault they screwed you out of your retirement funds and lost trillions of dollars…which you and your descendants will have to replace to the industry with your taxes for the next 200 years.

The paragraph below from The Huffington Post, in a story by Geoffrey Stone, about political lies says volumes about our leaders and their scheming to mislead the people. HERE

I think it should be against the law for a government official to accuse or charge any American citizen of lying.
